FROM NOVEMBER 14 and no more than 72 hours before you travel:


  1. All our guests must comply with the health and hygiene rules that the hotel has implemented for their safety in the different areas within our facilities:
    • Minimum social distancing of 1.5m unless they are members of the same family
    • If the minimum 1.5m distance is not met, the use of masks is mandatory. Nevertheless, the use of masks in indoor areas of the hotel is recommended
    • Maximum hand hygiene is recommended and therefore constant hand washing with soap and water or hydroalcoholic gel is recommended. Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers for hand disinfection have been installed in different locations of the hotel
    • After use, masks, gloves and tissues should be deposited only in the bins provided for this purpose.
    • Physical contact and greeting of guests with hotel employees is prohibited. In addition, physical contact and greeting with other customers outside your family should be avoided.
    • Please use extreme caution when sneezing and/or coughing. Ensure that you cough or sneeze into the elbow bend and/or use disposable paper which must be disposed of in the bins specifically installed for this purpose. Try not to cough or sneeze around other people.
  2. We have applied the regulations in force concerning capacity limits in each of the areas of our hotel. The hotel management team reserves the option of establishing schedules for organised access to the different areas and restaurants of the hotel
  3. Use of the hotel gym is subject to reservation only and has a limited capacity. Cleaning the gym equipment before and after use by the guest is very important. Therefore, the guest is responsible for cleaning the equipment and accessories before and after use, regardless of the cleaning process carried out by hotel employees. Cleaning products will be supplied by the hotel, which must ensure that they are available at all times.
  4. The 1.5m distancing rules established for the use of hotel hammocks must also be complied with in the swimming pool area, which will have a limited capacity in accordance with the rules. Sunbeds may not be placed together except if they are within the same family.
  5. Pool towels cannot be shared and are for the exclusive personal use of each guest.
  6. Cleaning of the rooms will only be carried out when the customer is not in the room, therefore, the entry to the room will not be allowed once the cleaning process has started.
  7. All guests must wear a mask when picking up food at the hotel buffet.
  8. The lift is for individual use unless they are members of the same family. The use of a mask inside the hotel's lifts, as well as not touching the lift's fixtures such as mirrors, handrails, etc., is recommended.
  9. We recommend our guests to pay their invoice using a credit card to avoid physical contact with cash, and if possible with a contactless card.
  10. We recommend immediate hand hygiene when touching or exchanging any objects that may have been used by another guest or hotel employee such as doorknobs, buttons, handrails...
  11. If you experience symptoms such as cough, fever, shortness of breath, diarrhoea, stomach pain, you should contact hotel staff to be examined by a doctor. Please remain confined to the room until this examination takes place.

General measures for coexisting with COVID-19

  1. Our staff has been trained in line with the contingency plan aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19 and responding to possible infections.
  2. Our entire staff get their body temperature checked before starting their working day.
  3. Our entire staff are equipped with the appropriate PPE depending on their roles.
  4. Minimum social distancing measures have been established for your safety.
  5. Regulations in force have been applied to ensure capacity limits in each area.
  6. The supply of the material necessary for hygiene and prevention of COVID-19 infections is ensured.
  7. Body temperature measurement devices are available for guests who require or request them.
  8. Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers for hand disinfection have been installed in different locations.
  9. The control and cleaning frequency of the different areas have been increased, paying special attention to public toilets and areas of greater influx or use.
  10. Rooms and common areas are cleaned and disinfected using virucidal products duly authorised by the Spanish Ministry of Health.
  11. Magnetic room keys are disinfected after each use.
  12. Guests are supplied with a courtesy kit comprising hydroalcoholic gel and surgical mask upon arrival.
  13. All locations have been signposted to facilitate guest full compliance of the different measures aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19.
